The Flex-Fletch Stretch Test
For years, at trade shows, Flex-Fletch has been doing an unscientific stretch test comparing the memory of a Flex-Fletch Vane against that of various other popular vanes.  Now you can see for yourself, there is no comparison.
For the sake of being fair, I've smudged the names of the other vanes.  If you would like to know if the vane you use is in there drop me a line.  The test was done with one (1) inch of vane stretched to two (2) inches, (100%) held for 5 seconds and then returned.  To be consistent, the vanes were clamped in a vice and a small device I made, and I used a Bridgeport milling machine and set the distance at two inches.  I've included a photo of that as well.  As you can see there is only one vane that passed this test.

How about next time we try a 200% stretch?  One inch of vane stretched to 3 inches.
