Flex-Fletch is proud to announce one of our newest Pro staff members, Diane Johnston.  An avid archer Diane competes nationally and on the world stage in FITA events when her schedule permits.  Diane was a member of Team USA in 2009 when the team won silver in Porec, Croatia at the World Cup finals.

Diane’s accomplishments are many.

Diane has been a member of the US Archery Team (USAT) for 2009 and 2010. Plus, she runs the complete USAT circuit as well as many others during the year. Diane has also been in the top 8 US women on Rolling Ranking for the past 3 years. She holds a Level 2 instructor certification and coaches private students as well as volunteers her time to coach/advise at local school NASP Archery program and is the head coach for the local conservation club JOAD program. In addition Diane shoots in the NFAA Pro Division.

Diane began shooting only 6 years ago and had never even seen a compound bow before that. Perhaps at least some of her success may be attributed to the fact that she was coached from 2006-2008 by Jamie Van Natta. Now she enjoys being a coach to her own private students, passing on what I was so lucky to have learned from coach Jamie, who is now her teammate and fellow competitor as well as a close friend.
