A great big congratulations to Deitmar Trillus, a Flex-Fletch staff shooter, winner of the Vegas shoot for 2010.  Deitmar used the Flex-Fletch FFP-360 on his indoor arrows, a traditionaly unusual thing to do as most indoor shooters will use large feathers for indoor shooting.

It has been some time since I posted to the Flex-Fletch web site.
We have been very busy here. Not that I’m complaining, on the contrary, the new Glow in the Dark vanes have exploded off the shelf, they’ve been selling quite well. Well enough in fact that my computer time / web updates have been slashed. Being an owner does not mean I don’t have my share of the production work. The cool thing about that is that every time one of the world champs shoots another record or wins another medal, I can say “I made those”.

Here is a pic of an unknown shooter at one of the major world tournaments from 2009. The photo was taken by Dean Alberga of www.dutchtarget.com. I spoke with Dean at the ATA show in Columbus OH, in January, Dean was unable to identify her.

Well folks, there certainly is something to be said for the ATA show. Not only is it a great place to get out and visit with the greatest names in archery but it also serves its purpose, and that is to announce new products and show the world what you’ve got. We were so busy showing dealers the new Glow in the Dark vanes we barely had time to eat. For three full days were were inundated with people gathered around the booth. We shared our double booth with mister Glow-n-Shoot himself, Fred Mrozek. We at Flex-Fletch finally got to meet Fred and found him to be quite personable. With Fred on the left side of the booth and Flex-Fletch on the right we created a buzz throughout the show floor. After a very early morning and a couple of short flights we made it to the CC, our stuff was right where they said it would be and the set up went well. The new video and monitor look great and should be a real attention grabber. We will be posting our new video to bowtube and youtube as well as linking it to our web site. I will keep you up to date as best I can during the show but I’m sure this show will keep me quite busy. Don’t forget if you are planning on coming, stop by the booth, number 1234 and say hi.
